Kitchen Doctors Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
Our Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty guarantees that your cabinets will be installed with secure fastening, precise alignment, and flawlessly smooth operation for as long as you own your home. If any issue arises due to our workmanship, we'll return at no charge to make it right.
What's Covered
For as long as the original purchaser resides in the home, Kitchen Doctors warrants against defects in:
- Hinges, drawer slides, shelf pins, and other hardware
- Any realignment of doors or drawers to ensure smooth, even operation
- Re-securing loose cabinet boxes, face frames, and mounting to walls or adjoining units
- We honor and facilitate any manufacturer's warranty replacements at no charge, handling both parts and labor
What's Not Covered
- Damage to countertops, backsplashes, plumbing, electrical, or flooring
- Wear and tear from normal use (e.g., minor scratches or finish wear)
- Damage from misuse, accidents, alterations by others, or exposure to extreme moisture/heat
How to File a Warranty Claim
Email office@kitchendrs.com with your name, address, installation date, a brief description, and photos of the issue. We'll review your request, schedule an on-site inspection if needed, and repair or replace covered items at no cost.

Conestoga Wood Specialties
Warrants that all products are free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of shipment. Please note that natural variations in wood—such as grain, color, and minor movement due to humidity—are normal and not covered as defects.
Kitchen Cabinet Distributors
Offers a Five-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship in normal residential use. Claims must be made within five years of shipment to the dealer; qualifying products will be repaired or replaced at Kitchen Cabinet Distributors' discretion.
